Chocolate Chips -- Little Kisses From Heaven

We know it can be depressing sitting home alone on a Saturday with nothing to keep you company but your dog "Spock" and a bag of chocolate chips. And yes it is a little sad you go to bed every night crying yourself to sleep because you're the only person in your group of friends who does not have a boyfriend. But you can turn than frown upside down if you took your bag of chocolate chips and did something constructive with it, like making chocolate chip cookies.You might even be able to use them to catch the attention of someone you're interested in. Here are some recipes with chocolate chips

The original chocolate chip cookie recipe

Ingredients:

1 Cup Butter

3/4 Cup Sugar

3/4 Cup Brown Sugar

2 Eggs

1 tsp. Baking Soda

1 tsp. Water

2 1/4 Cups Flour

1 tsp Salt

1 Cup Walnut -- Chopped

12 oz. Semi-Sweet chocolate chips

1 tsp. Vanilla

Directions:

Cream butter, add white & brown sugar then the eggs. Dissolve soda in hot water. Add alternately with flour that has the salt sifted into it. Add nuts, chocolate chips and vanilla. Mix well. Drop by half teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 for 10 to 12 minutes.

Standard chocolate chip cookies recipe

Ingredients:

2 5/8 sticks Butter

1 cup White Sugar

1 cup Brown Sugar

2 Eggs

1 capful Vanilla

3 cup Selfrising Flour

1 bag Chocolate Chips

Directions:

Directions- add butter, eggs, sugars, and vanilla. Stir till it is mixed. Add one cup at a time of flour and mix each cup in before adding next cup. add chips and stir. Bake 375 for 10-15 minutes. Depends on how old the oven is and if it heats up all the way.

So now you have chocolate chip company for your lonely weekend. Who needs a boyfriend when you have dough, milk and chocolate chips. Get your chocolate fix from your good old friends chocolate chips.
