	<description>Godiva chocolate liquor -- a sweet treat
Flatter your hostess with the decadent taste of Godiva chocolate liquor. Godiva chocolate liquor is a chocolate lover's dream. Dark, rich and velvety smooth, it's excellent on the rocks, in coffee or over ice cream. Make from some of the best gourmet chocolate, Godiva chocolate liquor says much about a person, mainly how much class and style they have. Chocolate is chocolate, but Godiva chocolate is miles above the rest. Don't stop there, try a bottle of Godiva chocolate liquer or Godiva chocolate martini. Step it up and take it to the next level.

Creme Brulee using Godiva chocolate liquor
Makes: 12-4 oz Servings
Ingredients:
1 qt Heavy Cream
3/4 cup Godiva chocolate liquor
16 Egg Yolks
2 1/2 cups Sugar
1 cup Sugar

Instructions:
Bring the heavy cream and chocolate liquor to a boil and remove from heat.
Whisk together the egg yolks and first sugar (2 1/2 cups).
Temper the egg mixture into the cream mixture.
Pour into 4-ounce ramekins to the top.
Place ramekins into a larger cake pan and pour hot water 1/2 of the way up the ramekin.
Bake in a 320 degrees fahrenheit oven for 45 minutes to an hour (firm to the touch).
Remove them from the pan and cool to room temperature.
Sprinkle a generous amount of sugar on the top and brown off under your broiler or use a torch.
Let the melted and browned sugar set for a few minutes before serving.
If bruleed properly the sugar will break like glass under the spoon.

Serve this gourmet chocolaty treat at your next party and impress your guests. You'll be the talk of your circle. Wow your friends with your good taste. But don't let that be the end of it, try your hand -- or mouth -- at other Godiva products.
