Chocolate Delight

What is there to say about chocolate that has not been said already? Not much. But chocolate has to be the greatest dessert/ingredient on the planet. There aren't too many products you can eat as is or throw it into a recipe to make it taste better. But chocolate happens to be one of the very few products. There are so many uses for chocolate that we could be here for hours without even scratching the surface on all the uses and benefits of chocolate. Chocolate is great indeed, and women have known this for years. Men are just now figuring this out. But little by little, they're getting hooked.

Men and Chocolate?

"I never really understood this fascination and this love affair between women and chocolate, not until my girlfriend took me to a chocolate tasting party. I had no idea how many varieties were out there. And not just chocolate, but chocolate products. I tasted chocolate chips for the first time, and not the ones you put in cookies either. I mean actual chips made of chocolate. There were so many chocolates out there it was ridiculous. I had no idea there were so many brands. No wonder women get lost when they go to the chocolate store." John

"Not only did he get a taste of all the chocolate products, he also bought some to take home with him. I don't want to say he's hooked, but now he eats more gourmet chocolate than I do, and even has recipes for chocolate drinks and other chocolate dishes. He has fun experimenting with dessert and trying out new dishes on me. He's gotten pretty good at it, and now, every meal we have contains some chocolate product.
